Terms of Service
Last updated 5 October 2026
By using Planner you agree to these terms. They’re short on purpose.
The service
Planner is a personal timetable and to-do app, available by invitation only. It’s provided free, “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, and the service may be paused or ended at any time.
Your account
- Keep your password private; you’re responsible for activity on your account.
- Don’t try to access other people’s data or disrupt the service.
- Admins can disable accounts that break these rules.
Your content
What you add to Planner is yours. You let Planner store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you connect Google Calendar, Planner will create, change and delete events in the calendar you choose, to keep both in sync.
Limits of responsibility
Keep your own copy of anything important. To the extent the law allows, Planner isn’t liable for lost data, missed events, or any indirect loss arising from using it.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated; the date above shows the latest version. Questions? email [email protected].
